Shop Beauty Town is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. We will gladly accept returns for Shop Beauty Town products within 30 days from delivery date in unused, unopened, original packaging.

If you live outside of the Continental United States Shipping Zone, returns are then and only then extended to a 30-day period. (We currently does not service outside US)

General Policy :
Our return policy only extends to up to 30 days from the original purchase date. If your return is at 30 days or past, we unfortunately can no longer accept your product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and original packaging. We strongly suggest taking photos of your items upon delivery if the item or box was received damaged or opened. To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase and invoice with products from the order displayed. 

Items that are considered to be acceptable returns:
- Shipped items received that are not the color based on produced invoice
- Shipped items received that are the wrong quantity based on produced invoice
- Items that are unopened, unused in original packaging.

Non-acceptable returns include:
- Opened packaging/product
- Used packaging/product
- Tampered packaging/product
